      With reference to the recruitment advertisement dated 27th December, 2024 for the post of MULTI-TASKING STAFF it is hereby notified that the applications of the applicants listed in the given link below are proposed to be rejected due to the reasons specified against their respective Registration Code.

RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF MULTI - TASKING STAFF(REF: ADVERTISEMENT DATED:27.12.2024

        On Scrutiny of applications received, the list of shortcomings/discrepancies was published vide notice no.MCAB/HO/HRD/REC/MTS/2026 dated 26.03.2026 for Multi - Tasking Staff.

       In this connection, following are the instructions to be followed by candidates while submitting their representations/correcting the shortcomings. Candidates are advised to carefully read and follow instructions:-

Total size of the attachment must not exceed 2MB in size. Emails will be accepted only from the email address registered earlier. Emails sent from other addresses will not be entertained.
  2. Subject of the email will be in this format:Rectification Application for the post of <POST NAME>- <Application Registration Code> (MENTION YOUR APPLICATION REGISTRATION CODE HERE).Example if application registration code is MEGCAB2000123456 and applied for the post of Multi- Tasking Staff.Subject shall be Rectification Application for the post of Multi - Tasking Staff Application Registration code-MEGCAB2000123456.
  3. Documents or information to be submitted shall be indicated below:-

   Kindly note the amount to be paid shall be as peradvertisement  and payment made through other modes other than NEFT/IMPS will be rejected. After successful payment, a scan of proof of the same is to be emailed mentioning the Transaction-ID, Transaction date and amount paid. Kindly do not submit the application form as proof but it should either be a receipt/accountstatement/screenshot of payment made clearly showing the account number (who has paid the fees),Bank name, IFS code of the remitting Bank and Bank Branch,transaction date and amount.

Clear scanned copy. The document should show the address of the applicant. It may either be EPIC or a valid Permanent Resident Certificate for recruitment purpose(preferably both) or any document in support of domicile issued by a competent Government authority.

Colour passport size photograph of full frontal(face) view with the head centred in the frame covering 70-80% of the photograph and taken within the last six months.

11 Name not matching with certificate Affidavit to support that the name in application and the name appearing in the certificates are of one and the same person.

      4.  Representations shall be rejected if:

            a. Sent through other mode except email as indicated above.

            b. The Bank does not receive the same within the date and time specified, i.e, 06.04.2026, 5:00p.m. The Bank will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of emails.

            c.  Not sent from the registered email address registered in the recruitment/application portal.

     5.   No further extension or any representation shall be considered by the Bank once the application has been rejected.

     6.   The Bank's decision shall be final and binding on the candidates and any lapse on the part of the candidate shall not be considered.

The Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd., hereinafter also referred to as the “Bank”, a premier Scheduled Bank in Meghalaya, invites applications only from genuine citizens of India who are domiciles of Meghalaya for one (1) posts of Deputy General Manager. The eligibility criteria as on 9th February, 2026 for the above posts are prescribed as under:

        A candidate:

  1. Should not be above fifty (50) years of age.
  2. Shall at least be a: i) Master Degree holder in any discipline with CAIIB/DBF/Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or equivalent qualification, or ii) Chartered / Cost Accountant. The educational qualification prescribed is the The decision of the Bank regarding equivalency of a qualification, etc., in this connection shall be final.
  3. Shall have at least eight (8) years’ work experience in the Banking / Financial Sector at the middle / senior management level. Middle / senior management level for this purpose shall be taken as the second level onward, i.e., excluding first level in management level or at the highest six levels below the level of the Board of Directors, i.e., excluding the Board of Directors. The decision of the Bank regarding equivalency of levels, etc., in this connection shall be final.
  4. Shall have computer proficiency and should have worked in a computerised environment.
  5. Shall have special knowledge or practical experience in respect of one or more of the following fields, i.e., a) Accountancy b) Banking c) Co‐operation d) Finance e) Law f) Computers. It is desirable that the candidate shall have knowledge / experience on any other matter, the special knowledge or practical experience in which, would be useful to the Bank.
  6. It is desirable that candidates are conversant in Khasi or Garo. A proficiency test may be prescribed to test the same.

  2. Merely satisfying eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for the selection process.  The Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd., hereinafter also referred to as the “Bank”, a premier Scheduled Bank in Meghalaya, invites applications only from genuine citizens of India who are domiciles of Meghalaya for one (1) post of Engineer (Civil) – I  under Grade 3 (A)(1). The eligibility criteria as on 1st April, 2026, for the above post are prescribed as under:

        A candidate must meet the following criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification
  • Must have at least a  B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised university, with proficiency in relevant computer applications.

  • Minimum five (5) years of service and / or experience in civil engineering works (Government/PSU/private).

  • Applicants are required to have achieved the minimum pass marks in either Khasi or Garo during their Secondary School Leaving Certificate (or equivalent / higher) examination. Alternately, a candidate may choose to undergo a proficiency examination to assess his / her  proficiency in one of these languages if his / her academic records do not meet this criterion.
