- SSLC and HSSLC mark sheets and passed certificates
- Date of admission and completion of course
- Receipt of payment issued by the Institute
- Scheduled tribe certificate and birth certificate of the student
- Letter of Recognition of the Institute
- ID and Address proof of student applicant and Surety
- Institute ID (Required if already join the course)
- Consent to stand surety and undertaking
- Graduate passed Certificate and Mark sheet issued by the respective institution (Required if The student has completed graduation)
