2.Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme -
PMFME was launched on 29 June 2020. The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) is implementing a centrally sponsored Prandhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme for providing financial, technical, and business support to micro food processing enterprises in India.
PMFME scheme is a centrally sponsored scheme that is designed to address the challenges faced by the micro enterprises and to tap the potential of groups and cooperatives in supporting the upgradation and formalization of these enterprises.
Only one person from one family would be eligible for obtaining financial assistance. The "family" for this purpose would include self, spouse and children
The scheme aims to: Increased access to credit by existing micro food processing entrepreneurs, FPOs, Self Help Groups and Co operatives.
Documents Required
Loan/PMFME Application form fully filled up and signed by the applicant. KYC of the applicant (i.e., valid ID proof, AAdhar and address proof). PAN Card is mandatory. Residential, Educational and Training Certificate. Project Report incorporating all details (Term Loan, Working Capital Loan, Own Contribution, Subsidy etc). Quotation/GST Invoice from authorized dealer/manufacturer for Term Loan component for Plant & Machinery to be purchased out of Bank Finance. Detail and Plan estimate wherever building construction is involved . No Objection Certificate for setting up of the unit to be obtained from the Local Authority and Municipal Authority wherever applicable. Proof of Landownership Document. A valid Rent Agreement for a minimum period of 10 years and above in case the applicant does not possess office/shop/godown of his own for setting up the unit along with proof of ownership of proposed office/shop/godown etc to be taken on rent. Valid mobile number and email address of the applicant. License from Food Safety and Standard Authority of India. Details of Surety like Pancard, Voter ID if Surety is available Consent to Stand Surety and Undertaking Income/Salary certificate of both applicant and Surety

3. National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) - National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) is a poverty alleviation project implemented by Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. This scheme is focused on promoting self-employment and organization of rural poor. The basic idea behind this programme is to organize the poor women into SHG (Self Help Groups) groups and make them capable for self-employment.

4. Meghalaya State Aquaculture Mission (MSAM)
The Meghalaya State Aquaculture Mission (MSAM) is a flagship initiative launched by the Meghalaya Fisheries Department to bridge the demand-supply gap in fish production and transform the state "from dependence to self-sufficiency". Initially launched in 2012, the initiative is currently running under its second phase, MSAM 2.0. The scheme provide subsidies often ranging from60-85% depending on the specific project tier, such as individual ponds or biofloc system to help farmers construct pond and manage fish stocks.

Loan application form along with a recent passport size photograph. Certificate of land ownership from the local Headman/L.O.C. from the District Council/Duly registered land documents. Non-encumbrance certificate of the land from the local Headman/District Council/Office of the Sub-Registrar of the District. Certificate of no objection regarding implementation of the project from the local Headman. One Surety, preferably a legal heir/heiress or person of means and standing. B. For Society/Community/SHG/JLG: Documents requirement shall be as per prevalent norms of the Bank.

6. National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation(NDFDC)
The National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC), formerly known as the National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC), is a wholly-owned Government of India Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU).
It functions as an apex institution for the benefit of Persons with Disabilities. Financial assistance is extended by the Corporation at a concessional interest rate for starting/augmenting any activity contributing directly or indirectly to the income generation of Persons with Disabilities, thus helping them in their overall process of empowerment. The assistance is extended through the State Channelizing Agencies (SCAs) nominated by the State Government(s)/selected Public Sector Banks (PSBs)/Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) and other organizations with which MoA has been signed by NDFDC for channelizing the funds.The main objective of the Scheme is to assist the needy disabled persons by providing concessional loan for economic and overall empowerment. Any Indian citizen with 40% or more disability can apply for loan and should be 18 years and above. In case of persons with mental retardation, the eligible age would be above 14 years
