- Duly filled up Application Form along with BM recommendation
- Any two Credit Report-CIBIL or EQUIFAX or CRIF or EXPERIAN
- EPIC or PAN Card of the Applicant
- Three months Salary Slip and Service Certificate of the Applicant
- Quotation
- Salary Certificate and particular of service of the Surety issued by Head of Department (Required if Not Drawing Salary from our Bank)
- Driver License
- Consent to stand surety
- Assurance Certificate for granting of an Assurance Permit from Secretary Regional Transport Authority (for commercial vehicle).
- Projection of income-expenditure of the vehicle proposed to purchase (for commercial vehicle).
- Registered Title Deed, Land Valuation Certificate, Non Encumbrance Certificate, No Objection from KHADC or JHADC or GHADC (Required if Loan Amount applied is above Rs.5.00 lakh).
- Search Report from any Advocate empanelled with any Nationalised or Public Sector Bank, Valuation Report from any Registered Valuer empanelled with any Nationalised or Public Sector Bank (Required if Loan Amount applied is above Rs.5.00 lakh).
- Registration Certificate of the Society, Bye Laws of the Society, Resolution of the Managing Committee or Executive Committee, Undertaking from the MC members for timely repayment of the loan, Audited Balance Sheet of the Society for the last three years, Source of income of the society, ID and Address proof of Chairman and Secretary of the society (Required if Applicant is a Society).
