- Duly filled up Application Form along with BM recommendation
- Any two Credit Report-CIBIL or EQUIFAX or CRIF or EXPERIAN
- Project Report or Scheme. (For amount above 3 lakh Financial Projection Report of the proposed project should be prepared by Chartered Accountant)
- Salary Certificate and particular of service of the Surety issued by Head of Department (Required if Surety Exists)
- Passport size photograph of the Applicant and Surety (Required if Surety Exists)
- EPIC or PAN Card of the Applicant and Surety (Required if Surety Exists)
- Qualification or Experience or Training Certificate of the Applicant
- NOC from Competent Authority for setting up the proposed project
- Proof of Ownership
- Tenancy Agreement (Required if Rented Unit)
- Trading License (Required if Applicant is Non-Tribal)
- Stock position verified by Branch Manager (Required if Existing Unit)
- Bye Law, MC or EC Resolution, Registration of the Society, Undertaking from the MC or EC members for timely repayment of the loan, Audited Balance Sheet for the last three years (Required if Applicant is a Society)
- Lease Hold Agreement (Required if Land under Lease)
- Consent to stand surety and undertaking, Surety salary and service certificate
- Business or any other required Licence (Required if Having Professional or Business License)
- Registered Title Deed, Non Encumbrance Certificate, No Objection from KHADC or JHADC or GHADC (Required for loan amount of above Rs.5 lakh)
- Plan and estimate of the proposed project prepared by Engineer (Required if Unit to be Constructed)
- Search Report from any Advocate empanelled with any Nationalised or Public Sector Bank (Required for loan amount of above Rs.5 lakh)
- Valuation Report from any Registered Valuer empanelled with any Nationalised or Public Sector Bank (Required for loan amount of above Rs.5 lakh)
